This is the focus of all activities relating to your programme. It is where the students and staff of your institute meet each other, work and study. There are various seating areas for each purpose, as well as pantries with coffee machines and shared printers.
The building has various rooms and areas suitable for study: project rooms, silent areas and computer workstations, for example. If you wish to use your own laptop, there are several seating areas with desks and power outlets. The entire building has Wi-Fi coverage.
As an HU student, you are entitled to use all HU Library locations free of charge. The libraries have a large collection of books and journals, as well as extensive digital archives. Most resources are accessible from home (or any other location): log in to www.library.hu.nl using your HU user name and password
Lockers are available on several floors. They operate using a pin code and open automatically at the end of the day. You must therefore remove your belongings before you leave the building. Nothing can be left overnight.
