Eight HU students win VSBfonds grant

The VSBfonds annually provides grants to students for further study or research projects abroad. The winners for the 2017-2018 academic year were announced last week. Eight students from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht were among the lucky winners out of a total of 165 students from various Dutch educational institutes.

The VSBfonds awards these grants every year to highly motivated students in higher education who wish to continue their studies after completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Scholarships of up to €10,000 are available regardless of field of study.

This year’s HU winners are graduates of the programmes in Communication Management, International Business and Management Studies, International Communication and Media, Journalism, Speech Therapy, Dental Hygiene and Engineering Management (2x). They will be taking follow-up programmes in Italy, Great Britain, Hungary, the United States and Sweden.
